This study aimed to explore the mechanism of lncRNA underlying the progression of breast cancer, which will provide a basis for accurate diagnosis and targeted treatment. Data from The Cancer Genome Atlas data associated with breast cancer were used to identify the target lncRNA. experiments were conducted to detect gene expression and the effect of the lncRNA on cancer cell activities. was found to be highly expressed in breast cancer tissue and cells, which activated the ErbB/PI3K/Akt pathway to potentiate cancer cell proliferation, migration and invasion and suppress apoptosis. is likely to promote tumor cell activities by activating ErbB/PI3K/Akt pathway, in turn potentiating tumor malignant progression.
本研究旨在探讨长链非编码 RNA(lncRNA)在乳腺癌进展中的作用机制,为乳腺癌的准确诊断和靶向治疗提供依据。利用癌症基因组图谱(TCGA)数据库中与乳腺癌相关的数据,筛选出潜在的 lncRNA 靶基因。通过实验检测 lncRNA 表达水平及其对癌细胞活性的影响,发现该 lncRNA 在乳腺癌组织和细胞中呈高表达,可激活 ErbB/PI3K/Akt 通路,促进癌细胞增殖、迁移和侵袭,抑制细胞凋亡。lncRNA 可能通过激活 ErbB/PI3K/Akt 通路促进肿瘤细胞活动,进而促进肿瘤的恶性进展。
