Abstract

The coding-complete genome sequences of an iteradensovirus (family ) and an alphapermutotetra-like virus (family ) were discovered from transcriptomic data sets obtained from larvae collected in Portugal. Each of the coding-complete genome sequences of these viruses contains three main open reading frames (ORFs).
