Abstract

The complete chloroplast genome of Zhangjiajie sage, , was assembled in this study. The genome is 151,434 bp in length and contained 134 encoded genes in total, including 88 protein-coding genes, eight ribosomal genes, and 37 transfer genes. The result of phylogenetic analysis based on 17 chloroplast genomes revealed that is clustered with in Lamiaceae.

本研究组装了张家界鼠尾草的完整叶绿体基因组。该基因组长度为151,434碱基对,总共包含134个编码基因,其中包括88个蛋白质编码基因、8个核糖体基因和37个转运RNA基因。基于17个叶绿体基因组的系统发育分析结果表明,张家界鼠尾草与唇形科的[某植物名称]聚为一类。 (注:原文中Zhangjiajie sage后有逗号但没具体名称,翻译时做了适当补充处理)
