Abstract

L. H. Bailey is an endemic species, mainly distributed in Henan and Hubei provinces in China. The first complete chloroplast genome of was sequenced and assembled in this study. The genome is 151,559 bp in length and contains 132 encoded genes in total, including 87 protein-coding genes, eight ribosomal RNA genes, and 37 transfer RNA genes. The phylogenomic analysis showed that was closely related to according the current sampling extent.

L. H. Bailey是一种特有物种,主要分布在中国的河南和湖北省。本研究对其首个完整叶绿体基因组进行了测序和组装。该基因组长度为151,559 bp,总共包含132个编码基因,其中包括87个蛋白质编码基因、8个核糖体RNA基因和37个转运RNA基因。系统基因组分析表明,根据目前的采样范围,该物种与[具体物种名称未给出]密切相关。
