(Hooker) J. Smith, a member of Blechnaceae, is a rare and endangered species in tropical Asia. Here we assembled and annotated the complete chloroplast (cp) genome. It is 149,730 bp in length and encodes 88 protein-coding genes, 36 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes and eight ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes. This chloroplast genome sequencing offers a useful resource for future conservation genetics and phylogenetic studies.
胡克氏鳞毛蕨（Hooker）J. Smith是鳞毛蕨科的一员，是热带亚洲的一种珍稀濒危物种。在此，我们组装并注释了其完整的叶绿体（cp）基因组。该基因组长度为149,730 bp，编码88个蛋白质编码基因、36个转运RNA（tRNA）基因和8个核糖体RNA（rRNA）基因。这种叶绿体基因组测序为未来的保护遗传学和系统发育研究提供了有用的资源。
