Abstract

var. is an edible plant popular throughout China where it has a long history of use in traditional She medicine. Using Illumina sequencing, we assembled and annotated the complete chloroplast (cp) genome of var. which is 160,526 bp and encodes 130 genes, comprised of 85 protein-coding genes, 37 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes, and eight ribosomal RNA (rRNA) genes. Phylogenetic analysis resolved var. as sister to which together formed a clade with . This complete cp genome sequences is a valuable resource for future studies of evolution and species delimitation in genus as well as variety breeding and conservation for this species.

摘要

变种是一种在中国各地都很受欢迎的可食用植物,在畲族传统医学中有着悠久的使用历史。利用Illumina测序技术,我们组装并注释了变种的完整叶绿体(cp)基因组,该基因组为160,526 bp,编码130个基因,包括85个蛋白质编码基因、37个转运RNA(tRNA)基因和8个核糖体RNA(rRNA)基因。系统发育分析确定变种为的姐妹种,它们共同与形成一个分支。这个完整的cp基因组序列是未来研究该属进化和物种界定以及该物种品种选育和保护的宝贵资源。
