Abstract

Red Asparagus Lettuce ( var. L. ) is an endemic vegetable species to China. The complete chloroplast (cp) genome of it is 152,744 bp in size and comprises a pair of inverted repeat regions of 25,033 bp each, a large single-copy (LSC) region of 84,103 bp and a small single-copy (SSC) region of 18,575 bp. A total of 131 genes were annotated in the cp genome, including 86 protein-coding genes, 8 ribosomal RNA genes, and 37 transfer RNA genes. The overall GC content of the Red Asparagus Lettuce cp genome was 37.55%. Phylogenetic analysis indicated that Red Asparagus Lettuce was more phylogenetically related to .

红莴笋(变种L.)是中国特有的蔬菜物种。其完整的叶绿体(cp)基因组大小为152,744 bp,由两个各为25,033 bp的反向重复区域、一个84,103 bp的大单拷贝(LSC)区域和一个18,575 bp的小单拷贝(SSC)区域组成。cp基因组中共注释了131个基因,包括86个蛋白质编码基因、8个核糖体RNA基因和37个转运RNA基因。红莴笋cp基因组的总体GC含量为37.55%。系统发育分析表明,红莴笋在系统发育上与……关系更密切。 (原文此处不完整)
