The complete genome (37 635 bp) mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) of the sp. ye-C5 was determined, which contains 38 protein-coding genes (PCG), three ribosomal RNA (rRNA) and 25 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes that are consistent in genus. The phylogenetic tree that was established based on the mitochondrial genomes of brown algae, which indicated that sp. ye-C5 and are the most closely related species.
测定了叶- C5 种的完整线粒体基因组（37635 bp），其包含38个蛋白质编码基因（PCG）、3个核糖体RNA（rRNA）基因和25个转运RNA（tRNA）基因，这些基因在该属中是一致的。基于褐藻线粒体基因组构建的系统发育树表明，叶- C5 种与[此处原文缺失相关物种名称]是亲缘关系最密切的物种。
