Abstract

The complete sequence (37 657 bp) of the mitochondrial DNA (mtDNA) of the sp. ye-C2 was determined. About 38 protein-coding genes (PCG), 3 ribosomal RNAs (rRNA) and 25 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes were annotated in the genome. The phylogenetic analysis strongly supports the close phylogenetic affinity of sp. ye-C2 and based on the mitochondrial genomes of other brown algae.

测定了sp. ye-C2线粒体DNA(mtDNA)的完整序列(37657bp)。基因组中注释了约38个蛋白质编码基因(PCG)、3个核糖体RNA(rRNA)和25个转运RNA(tRNA)基因。系统发育分析有力地支持了sp. ye-C2与基于其他褐藻线粒体基因组的物种在系统发育上的密切亲缘关系。
