Abstract

In our study, we first report complete mitogenome for and obtain basic genetic information. The genome of is 17 009 bp which contained 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, two ribosomal RNA genes and two control regions. Overall bases composition of the complete mitochondrial genome is 29.70%A, 14.47%G, 23.31% T, 32.52%C. Twelve PCGs and 14 tRNA genes are distributed on the H-strand, and eight tRNA genes are encoded on the L-strand.

在我们的研究中,我们首次报道了[物种名称]的完整线粒体基因组并获得了基本的遗传信息。[物种名称]的基因组为17009bp,包含13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转运RNA基因、两个核糖体RNA基因和两个控制区。完整线粒体基因组的总体碱基组成为29.70%A、14.47%G、23.31%T、32.52%C。12个蛋白质编码基因和14个转运RNA基因分布在重链上,8个转运RNA基因由轻链编码。
