Abstract

The complete sequence of the mitochondrial genome of the (Diptera: Culicidae) is presented using traditional Sanger sequencing. Its mitogenome are 15,123 bp in length, consisting of 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes (rRNA) and 22 transfer RNA (tRNA) genes. The percent of A + T of the mitogenome is 77.73%. Most mitochondrial genes are encoded on the heavy strand, except for , , , , two rRNA and nine tRNA genes, which are encoded on the light strand. The results of phylogenetic analyzes showed that the has close relationship with the species of genus .

利用传统的桑格测序法呈现了(双翅目:蚊科)线粒体基因组的完整序列。其线粒体基因组长度为15,123 bp,由13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因(rRNA)和22个转移RNA(tRNA)基因组成。线粒体基因组中A+T的百分比为77.73%。大多数线粒体基因在重链上编码,除了、、、、两个rRNA和九个tRNA基因,它们在轻链上编码。系统发育分析结果表明,与属的物种关系密切。
