Abstract

The complete mitochondrial genome of is reported for the first time in this study. Its entire mitogenome is 14,675 bp in length, contained 13 protein-coding genes, two ribosomal RNA genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, and two non-coding regions. Among the 13 protein-coding genes, apart from the 1, 4, 4L, and 5 gene encoded on the L-strand, the remaining protein-coding genes were encoded on the H-strand. The phylogenetic analysis by Bayesian inference method shows that and formed one clade, while and other species of genus formed the other clade, indicating that belong to the genus .

摘要

本研究首次报道了[物种名称]的完整线粒体基因组。其整个线粒体基因组长度为14,675 bp,包含13个蛋白质编码基因、两个核糖体RNA基因、22个转运RNA基因和两个非编码区。在13个蛋白质编码基因中,除了L链上编码的1、4、4L和5基因外,其余蛋白质编码基因均在H链上编码。贝叶斯推断法的系统发育分析表明,[物种名称1]和[物种名称2]形成一个分支,而[物种名称3]和[属名]属的其他物种形成另一个分支,表明[物种名称3]属于[属名]属。
