Abstract

We determined the complete chloroplast genome sequences of Koidz., an endangered endemic species in Korea. The chloroplast DNA is 155,682 bp in length and encodes 37 tRNAs, 8 rRNAs, and 86 protein-coding genes. Phylogenetic analysis and sequence comparison of protein-coding genes with those in other Ranunculaceae chloroplast DNAs showed that the chloroplast genome of is closely related to that of and large sequence variations identified in , , and are specific to these two species.

我们测定了韩国濒危特有物种小连翘(Koidz.)的完整叶绿体基因组序列。叶绿体DNA长度为155,682 bp,编码37个tRNA、8个rRNA和86个蛋白质编码基因。系统发育分析以及蛋白质编码基因与其他毛茛科叶绿体DNA的序列比较表明,小连翘的叶绿体基因组与[具体物种1]的叶绿体基因组密切相关,并且在[具体物种2]、[具体物种3]和[具体物种4]中鉴定出的大片段序列变异是这两个物种所特有的。
