In this study, the complete mitogenome sequence of red-crowned crane () has been decoded by next-generation sequencing and genome assembly. The assembled mitogenome, consisting of 16,727 bp, has unique 14 protein-coding genes (PCGs), 22 transfer RNAs, and two ribosomal RNAs genes. The complete mitogenome provides essential and important DNA molecular data for further phylogenetic and evolutionary analysis for red-crowned crane phylogeny.
在本研究中,通过下一代测序和基因组组装对丹顶鹤()的完整线粒体基因组序列进行了解码。组装后的线粒体基因组由16,727个碱基对组成,具有独特的14个蛋白质编码基因(PCGs)、22个转运RNA和两个核糖体RNA基因。完整的线粒体基因组为丹顶鹤系统发育的进一步系统发育和进化分析提供了重要的DNA分子数据。
