In this study, we undertook the first complete mitochondrial genome. The genome sequence was 16,663 bp in length, including the typical structure of 22 transfer RNA genes, 13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA genes, and the non-coding control region. The overall base composition of mitogenome is 31.8% A, 26.0% T, 28.6% G, and 13.6% C, with a high A + T content of 57.8%.
在本研究中，我们测定了首个完整的线粒体基因组。该基因组序列长度为16,663 bp，包括22个转运RNA基因、13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA基因的典型结构以及非编码控制区。线粒体基因组的总体碱基组成为：A占31.8%、T占26.0%、G占28.6%、C占13.6%，A+T含量较高，为57.8%。
