Abstract

is an important fruit of Myrtaceae family and commercially planted in tropical areas of the world. Chloroplast genome sequences play a significant role in the development of molecular markers in plant phylogenetic and population genetic studies. In this study, we report the complete chloroplast genome sequence of for the first time (accession number of MH371141). The chloroplast genome is 159,109 bp long and includes 113 genes. Its LSC, SSC and IR regions are 88,533, 18,882, and 25,847 bp long, respectively. Phylogenetic tree analysis exhibited that was clustered with other Myrtaceae species with 100% bootstrap values.

是桃金娘科的一种重要水果,在世界热带地区商业化种植。叶绿体基因组序列在植物系统发育和群体遗传学研究中的分子标记开发中发挥着重要作用。在本研究中,我们首次报道了[具体物种]的完整叶绿体基因组序列(登录号为MH371141)。叶绿体基因组长度为159,109 bp,包含113个基因。其LSC、SSC和IR区域分别长88,533、18,882和25,847 bp。系统发育树分析表明,[具体物种]与其他桃金娘科物种聚类,自展值为100%。
