The complete mitochondrial genome of Argentine red shrimp, (Bate, 1888) was determined using the MiSeq platform. Its mitogenome (16,189 bp) encoded the canonical 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, two rRNA genes. Start codons of all protein-coding genes were ATN except for ATP8, while incomplete stop codons (T-) were identified in six genes including COXI, COXII, COXIII, NAD3, NAD5, and NAD6. The mitogenome of showed highest sequence identity with (82%) and (81%). Phylogenetic analysis showed three shrimps in Solenoceridae including were grouped together from those in Penaeidae, which suggests taxonomic reexamination for those in those family.
利用MiSeq平台测定了阿根廷红虾(Bate,1888)的完整线粒体基因组。其线粒体基因组(16,189 bp)编码了标准的13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因和两个rRNA基因。除ATP8外,所有蛋白质编码基因的起始密码子均为ATN,而在包括COXI、COXII、COXIII、NAD3、NAD5和NAD6在内的6个基因中鉴定出不完全终止密码子(T-)。该虾的线粒体基因组与[未提及的物种1]的序列同一性最高(82%),与[未提及的物种2]的序列同一性为81%。系统发育分析表明,包括该虾在内的管鞭虾科的三种虾与对虾科的虾聚在一起,这表明需要对这些科的分类进行重新审视。
