Abstract

The complete mitogenome of the , was determined by Illumina MiSeq platform. The complete mitochondrial genome of was 16,519 bp in length. The mitochondrial genome of showed a cynoglosidae-characteristic gene organization, in which translocation of control region to the position between ND1 and tRNA-Gln gene, and also inversions in tRNA-Gln gene from L-strand position to H-strand position. Phylogenetic analysis showed that is most closely related to and , which supports the previous result that genus Cynoglossidae is evolutionary paraphyletic.

通过Illumina MiSeq平台测定了[物种名称1]的完整线粒体基因组。[物种名称2]的完整线粒体基因组长度为16,519 bp。[物种名称2]的线粒体基因组呈现出舌鳎科特征性的基因组织,其中控制区易位至ND1和tRNA-Gln基因之间的位置,并且tRNA-Gln基因从L链位置倒转至H链位置。系统发育分析表明,[物种名称2]与[物种名称3]和[物种名称4]关系最为密切,这支持了之前关于舌鳎科属在进化上是并系的结果。
