In this study, the first complete mitochondrial genome of Lindian Chicken () was sequenced in order to develop the mitogenome data for genus gallus. The complete mitogenome sequence is 16,785 bp in length, containing 37 genes (13 protein-coding genes, 2 ribosomal RNA, 22 transfer RNA genes, and one control region). The new sequenced complete mitogenome of Lindian Chicken will provide useful information for application in conservation genetics and evolution for this Near Threatened Chicken genomes.
在本研究中，对林甸鸡（）的首个完整线粒体基因组进行了测序，以开发原鸡属的线粒体基因组数据。完整的线粒体基因组序列长度为16,785 bp，包含37个基因（13个蛋白质编码基因、2个核糖体RNA、22个转运RNA基因和一个控制区）。新测序的林甸鸡完整线粒体基因组将为该近危鸡种基因组在保护遗传学和进化研究中的应用提供有用信息。
