In this paper, a fast, cheap, simple, sensitive and selective spectrophotometric method based on high spin peroxo-Fe(III)-EDTA complex in the alkaline medium was developed for the determination of hydrogen peroxide (HO) in real water samples. The purple-coloured complex with a maximum absorbance at a wavelength of 525 nm was formed. Various parameters such as type of stabilizer reagent and its concentration, reaction time, Fe(III), EDTA and NH concentration were optimized. The method was confirmed with the Beer's law with a molar absorption coefficient of 267.36 L mol cm in the 8.3 ×10 -4.08 ×10 mol/L concentration range. Sandell's sensitivity of the proposed method was also calculated as 0.188 μg/cm . LOD and LOQ were determined as 2.5 ×10 and 8.3 ×10 mol/L, respectively. Intraday and interday relative standard deviation of the proposed method for 2.0 ×10 mol / L of HO were found as 1.5% and 6.1%, respectively. The developed method is suitable for fast monitoring of HO in different types of aqueous water samples without any sample preparation steps and acceptable recovery values between 90% and 118% were obtained. In the sample analysis, HO removed solutions from the real water samples were used for blank correction in their analysis and this process provides more reliable and accurate results in real sample analysis.
本文开发了一种基于碱性介质中高自旋过氧 - 铁(III)- 乙二胺四乙酸络合物的快速、廉价、简单、灵敏且选择性好的分光光度法,用于测定实际水样中的过氧化氢(HO)。形成了在波长525nm处具有最大吸光度的紫色络合物。对各种参数如稳定剂试剂的类型及其浓度、反应时间、铁(III)、乙二胺四乙酸和氨的浓度进行了优化。该方法在8.3×10 -4.08×10 mol/L浓度范围内符合比尔定律,摩尔吸收系数为267.36 L·mol -1·cm -1。所提出方法的桑德尔灵敏度也计算为0.188μg/cm 2。检测限和定量限分别确定为2.5×10 -7和8.3×10 -7 mol/L。对于2.0×10 -5 mol / L的HO,所提出方法的日内和日间相对标准偏差分别为1.5%和6.1%。所开发的方法适用于快速监测不同类型水样中的HO,无需任何样品制备步骤,回收率在90%至118%之间,结果可接受。在样品分析中,实际水样中去除过氧化氢的溶液用于其分析中的空白校正,该过程在实际样品分析中提供了更可靠和准确的结果。
