Abstract

The potato scab-gnat, , was recorded as a pest attacking potato tubers and greenhouse cucumber plants. The mitochondrial genome of a total length of 15,437 bp was sequenced, including 13 protein-coding genes, 22 tRNA genes, and two rRNA genes with A + T content of 77.2%. Six gene overlaps were found from 1 to 34 bp. Phylogenetic analysis showed that was closely related to + . The study provided further data for species diversification in Sciaridae.

摘要

马铃薯疮痂蚋被记录为一种攻击马铃薯块茎和温室黄瓜植株的害虫。对其全长15437 bp的线粒体基因组进行了测序,包括13个蛋白质编码基因、22个tRNA基因和2个rRNA基因,A+T含量为77.2%。发现了6个长度从1到34 bp的基因重叠。系统发育分析表明,该蚋与另外两种蚋关系密切。该研究为菌蚊科物种多样化提供了进一步的数据。
