The International Council of Nurses and the World Health Organization have jointly developed Guidelines for Nursing Management Relative to HIV Infection. As these are now being finalized and not yet approved for release, INR can only highlight the contents of this concise, authoritative document, which should become an indispensable handbook on AIDS for nurses and other health personnel when available.
