The management of pelvic examination in the department of obstetrics and gynecology, county-hospital Suhl is pointed out. Discussion of all clinical and radiological facilities in the pelvic examination both in breech and in head presentation. The X-ray pelvimetry is recommended in case of suspicion of a contracted outlet of the pelvis and generally for planning the management in case of breech presentation after the exclusion of an indication for a primary caesarean section.
