A nickel-catalyzed reductive coupling of aryl triflates with thiocarbonates is reported here. Both electron-rich and -deficient aryl C(sp)-O electrophiles as well as a class of -Bu -alkyl thiocarbonates are compatible with the optimized reaction conditions, as evidenced by 49 examples. The reaction also proceeds with good chemoselective cleavage of the C-O bond with regard to thioesters. This work broadens the scope of nickel-catalyzed reductive cross-electrophile coupling reactions.
本文报道了镍催化芳基三氟甲磺酸酯与硫代碳酸酯的还原偶联反应。富电子和缺电子的芳基C(sp)-O亲电试剂以及一类叔丁基烷基硫代碳酸酯均与优化后的反应条件兼容,49个实例证明了这一点。该反应对于硫酯而言,还能实现良好的C-O键化学选择性裂解。这项工作拓宽了镍催化的还原交叉亲电试剂偶联反应的范围。
