Three new matrine-type alkaloids, 8β-hydroxyoxysophoridine (1), 9β-hydroxysophoridine (2), 9β-hydroxyisosophocarpine (3), together with one known analog, 11,12-dehydromatrine (4), were isolated from the seeds of Sophora alopecuroides L. The structures of new compounds were elucidated using extensive spectroscopic techniques including the experimental and calculated ECD data. The anti-inflammatory activities of all the isolates on NO production in RAW 264.7 cells stimulated by lipopolysaccharide were evaluated. Among them, 8β-hydroxyoxysophoridine (1) showed a significant inhibitory effect with an IC value of 18.26 μM.
从苦参种子中分离得到三个新的苦参碱型生物碱,8β-羟基氧化槐定碱(1)、9β-羟基氧化槐定碱(2)、9β-羟基槐果碱(3),以及一个已知的类似物,11,12-去氢苦参碱(4)。采用包括实验和计算ECD 数据在内的多种光谱技术阐明了新化合物的结构。评价了所有分离物对脂多糖刺激的 RAW 264.7 细胞中 NO 产生的抗炎活性。其中,8β-羟基氧化槐定碱(1)表现出显著的抑制作用,IC 值为 18.26 μM。
