Diabetic cardiomyopathy is an important complication of diabetes mellitus and the main cause of diabetes death. Diabetic cardiomyopathy is related with many factors, such as hyperglycemia, lipid accumulation, oxidative stress, myocarditis, and apoptosis. Hydrogen sulfide (HS) is a newly discovered signal molecule, which plays an important role in many physiological and pathological processes. Recent studies have shown that HS is involved in improving diabetic cardiomyopathy, but its mechanism has not been fully elucidated. This review summarizes the research on the roles and mechanisms of HS in diabetic cardiomyopathy in recent years to provide the basis for in-depth research in the future.
糖尿病性心肌病是糖尿病的一种重要并发症,也是糖尿病患者死亡的主要原因。糖尿病性心肌病与多种因素有关,如高血糖、脂质蓄积、氧化应激、心肌炎和细胞凋亡。硫化氢(HS)是一种新发现的信号分子,在许多生理和病理过程中发挥着重要作用。最近的研究表明,HS参与改善糖尿病性心肌病,但其机制尚未完全阐明。本文综述了近年来HS在糖尿病性心肌病中的作用及机制的研究,为今后的深入研究提供依据。
