Abstract
Predisposing factors for the development of a pre-capillary component in pulmonary hypertension associated with left heart disease remain elusive. We report the case of a patient with persistent combined post-capillary and pre-capillary pulmonary hypertension after cardiac transplantation, in whom a rare variant was found.

左心疾病相关肺动脉高压中毛细血管前成分形成的易感因素仍不清楚。我们报告了一例心脏移植后持续性混合性毛细血管后和毛细血管前肺动脉高压患者的病例，该患者存在一种罕见变异。
