Abstract

The result consistency between the new remote radar monitoring equipment and PSG detection is compared. The monitoring results of 71 patients were randomly selected to observe and compare the difference of monitoring data of the same patient with two kinds of detection equipment. Using AHI≥5 as the diagnostic criteria, compared with PSG monitoring results, the sensitivity, specificity and Youden index of the new remote radar monitoring equipment were 96.2%, 89.5% and 0.857(<0.01) respectively. Compared with PSG monitoring results, when LSaO2≤90% in PSG monitoring, the sensitivity, specificity and Youden index of the new remote radar monitoring equipment were 94.3%, 88.9% and 0.832(<0.01) respectively. There the new remote radar monitoring device can be used to monitor OSA.

比较了新型远程雷达监测设备与多导睡眠图(PSG)检测结果的一致性。随机选取71例患者的监测结果,观察并比较同一患者使用两种检测设备时监测数据的差异。以呼吸暂停低通气指数(AHI)≥5作为诊断标准,与PSG监测结果相比,新型远程雷达监测设备的灵敏度、特异度和尤登指数分别为96.2%、89.5%和0.857(P<0.01)。与PSG监测结果相比,当PSG监测中最低血氧饱和度(LSaO2)≤90%时,新型远程雷达监测设备的灵敏度、特异度和尤登指数分别为94.3%、88.9%和0.832(P<0.01)。新型远程雷达监测设备可用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停(OSA)的监测。
