A new synthesis of gem-difluoroalkenes from readily available alkyl triflones and difluorocarbene precursors such as TMSCFBr has been reported. The reaction, regardless of electronic effect, gives gem-difluoroalkenes in good to excellent yields. The mechanism may involve deprotonation of triflones, nucleophilic addition, and the elimination of SOCF.
一种从易得的烷基三氟酮和二氟卡宾前体(如 TMSCFBr)合成偕二氟烯烃的新方法已经被报道。该反应无论电子效应如何,都能以良好到优异的收率得到偕二氟烯烃。该反应机理可能涉及三氟酮的脱质子化、亲核加成和 SOCF 的消除。
