Thermohemolysis kinetic curves of erythrocytes in the temperature interval of 37-75 degrees C in different media and in the course of blood storage were studied. Mechanism of thermohemolysis is proposed. The rate constants of hemolysis stages are introduced. It is shown that these parameters are sensitive to the changes of structural state of erythrocytes.
研究了红细胞在37-75摄氏度温度区间内、在不同介质中以及血液储存过程中的热溶血动力学曲线。提出了热溶血的机制。引入了溶血阶段的速率常数。结果表明,这些参数对红细胞结构状态的变化敏感。
