Measurements were carried out of the rate constants of erythrocyte thermohemolysis and hemoglobin thermoaggregation in various animal species and also for the man under the action of hemoglobin-modifying factors (CO2, O2, ethanol). It is concluded from the obtained correlation dependences that hemoglobin thermodenaturation initiates erythrocyte thermohemolysis. The identity of the early stages of erythrocyte thermohemolysis and aging is suggested.
对各种动物物种以及在血红蛋白修饰因子(二氧化碳、氧气、乙醇)作用下的人体红细胞热溶血速率常数和血红蛋白热聚集速率常数进行了测量。从所获得的相关性依赖关系得出结论,血红蛋白热变性引发红细胞热溶血。有人提出红细胞热溶血早期阶段与衰老具有一致性。
