Abstract

We report here the complete genome sequence of ruloma virus, a novel paramyxovirus detected in a Machangu's brush-furred rat from Tanzania. Ruloma virus has the longest orthoparamyxovirus genome reported to date and forms a sister clade to all currently known members of the genus .

我们在此报告鲁洛马病毒的全基因组序列,该病毒是在一只来自坦桑尼亚的马钱古刷尾鼠中检测到的一种新型副粘病毒。鲁洛马病毒拥有迄今报道的正粘病毒科最长基因组,并且与该属所有目前已知成员构成姐妹进化枝。
