Abstract
AIM
To investigate the quality of life in patients with endometrial carcinoma and provide theoretical basis for nursing care.
DESIGN
In this study, 69 patients diagnosed with endometrial carcinoma from 2016-2018 were included in the cohort.
METHODS
Sixty-nine patients from our hospital who underwent endometrial cancer surgeries were selected. The SF-36 was used to investigate and analyse the patients' quality of life in the first, second and third months after their operations. Questionnaires were administered to analyse the factors affecting postoperative quality of life.
RESULTS
Quality of life for the second and third months was obviously better than that for the first month after the operation (p < .05). Based on multivariate regression analysis, we found that patients with higher family income had better quality of life after surgery(p < .05). These results can provide some guidance for daily nursing work after endometrial cancer operation.
摘要
目的
调查子宫内膜癌患者的生活质量，为护理工作提供理论依据。
设计
本研究纳入 2016-2018 年间确诊为子宫内膜癌的 69 例患者作为队列。
方法
选取我院行子宫内膜癌手术的 69 例患者，采用 SF-36 量表调查分析患者术后第 1、2、3 个月的生活质量，并分析影响术后生活质量的因素。
结果
术后第 2、3 个月的生活质量明显优于术后第 1 个月（p<0.05）。基于多因素回归分析，我们发现家庭收入较高的患者术后生活质量更好（p<0.05）。这些结果可为子宫内膜癌术后的日常护理工作提供一定的指导。
