Craniocerebral trauma is a common neurosurgical disease. In recent years, there has been a significant increase in craniocerebral injuries caused by accidental injuries of construction workers. We aimed to analyze the effect of International Classification of functioning, disability and health (ICF) concept rehabilitation training on the recovery of patients (construction workers) with craniocerebral trauma.
A total of 142 patients with craniocerebral trauma from construction sites were randomly divided into two groups. The control group (n=71) received routine rehabilitation training, and the ICF group (n=71) received ICF concept rehabilitation training. Before and after rehabilitation training, the NIHSS was used to evaluate neurological function, the MMSE was used to evaluate cognitive function, the FMA method was used to evaluate limb motor ability, the BI index was used to evaluate self-care ability, and the ICF scale was used to evaluate the rehabilitation outcome.
There were no significant differences in general information and NIHSS, MMSE, FMA, and BI scores before rehabilitation training between the control and ICF groups. After rehabilitation training, NIHSS scores decreased significantly, while MMSE, FMA, and BI scores increased significantly compared with the control group.
ICF concept rehabilitation training significantly improved neurological function and cognitive function, enhanced the motor function of limbs, improved self-care ability, and led to a better rehabilitation outcome of patients with craniocerebral trauma.

颅脑创伤是一种常见的神经外科疾病。近年来,建筑工人意外伤害导致的颅脑损伤显著增加。我们旨在分析国际功能、残疾和健康分类(ICF)概念康复训练对颅脑创伤患者(建筑工人)康复的影响。
将142例来自建筑工地的颅脑创伤患者随机分为两组。对照组(n = 71)接受常规康复训练,ICF组(n = 71)接受ICF概念康复训练。康复训练前后,采用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评估神经功能,简易精神状态检查表(MMSE)评估认知功能,Fugl-Meyer评估法(FMA)评估肢体运动能力,巴氏指数(BI)评估自理能力,ICF量表评估康复效果。
对照组和ICF组康复训练前的一般资料及NIHSS、MMSE、FMA和BI评分无显著差异。康复训练后,与对照组相比,ICF组NIHSS评分显著降低,而MMSE、FMA和BI评分显著升高。
ICF概念康复训练显著改善了颅脑创伤患者的神经功能和认知功能,增强了肢体运动功能,提高了自理能力,使患者康复效果更佳。
