Lichen planus is a multifactorial chronic inflammatory disease with diverse clinical manifestations involving the skin, hair, nails, and mucous membranes. We evaluated the clinical efficacy and adverse effects of Bacillus Calmette-Guérin polysaccharide nucleic acid (BCG-PSN) injection, vitamin D injection, and the combination of both in the treatment of different types of lichen planus. Thirty patients ranging in age from 12 to 70 years with clinically diagnosed lichen planus were enrolled in this study and divided into three groups according to treatment regimen. A partial therapeutic response in three patients and no improvement in seven patients were achieved in the intramuscular vitamin D injection group. Meanwhile, the intralesional injection of BCG-PSN was associated with complete response in three patients, partial response in three patients, and no response in four patients. The combination of both intralesional injection of BCG-PSN and intramuscular injection of vitamin D was associated with complete response in two patients, partial response in four patients, and no response in four patients. BCG-PSN alone appears to be efficacious in the treatment of lichen planus, and vitamin D in combination with BCG-PSN had no effect on cutaneous lichen planus.
扁平苔藓是一种多因素慢性炎症性疾病，有涉及皮肤、毛发、指甲和黏膜的多种临床表现。我们评估了卡介菌多糖核酸（BCG - PSN）注射、维生素D注射以及两者联合应用治疗不同类型扁平苔藓的临床疗效和不良反应。本研究纳入了30例年龄在12至70岁之间临床诊断为扁平苔藓的患者，并根据治疗方案将其分为三组。肌肉注射维生素D组有3例患者有部分治疗反应，7例患者无改善。同时，皮损内注射BCG - PSN组有3例患者完全缓解，3例患者部分缓解，4例患者无反应。皮损内注射BCG - PSN与肌肉注射维生素D联合应用组有2例患者完全缓解，4例患者部分缓解，4例患者无反应。单独使用BCG - PSN似乎对扁平苔藓治疗有效，而维生素D与BCG - PSN联合应用对皮肤扁平苔藓无效。
