In this study, we sequenced complete mitogenome of Bhatti 1995. It was 15,501 bp in length containing 13 protein-coding genes, 22 transfer RNA genes, and 2 ribosomal RNA genes along with two non-coding regions. The overall base composition of is 43.66% A, 35.20% T, 11.46% C, and 9.68% G, with a high AT bias of 78.86%. The constructed phylogeny using 19 mitogenomes revealed that the genus is in close relationship with genus . This mitogenome data would help in deducing phylogenetic relationships studies in the order Thysanoptera.
在本研究中,我们对1995年巴蒂(Bhatti)的完整线粒体基因组进行了测序。其长度为15,501 bp,包含13个蛋白质编码基因、22个转运RNA基因和2个核糖体RNA基因以及两个非编码区。其总体碱基组成为43.66%的A、35.20%的T、11.46%的C和9.68%的G,AT偏倚率高达78.86%。利用19个线粒体基因组构建的系统发育树表明,该属与属关系密切。这些线粒体基因组数据将有助于推断缨翅目昆虫的系统发育关系研究。
