A 16-year-old man presented at our institute with progressive reduction of vision acuity in both eyes. This patient presented to our corneal service with clinical and topographical features of bilateral superior keratoconus. The clinical features, topographical, Scheimpflug and photographs images findings of a asymmetric bilateral superior keratoconus are presented.
一位 16 岁的男性因双眼视力逐渐下降到我院就诊。该患者因双眼临床和地形特征为双侧上角膜圆锥而就诊于我院角膜科。本文呈现了一例非对称双侧上角膜圆锥的临床特征、地形学、Scheimpflug 及照片图像检查结果。
