Abstract
Five mg of bacterial endotoxin (LPS) can provoke a serious leukocytic pulmonary infiltration in rats. The same dose of radiation-detoxified LPS (RD-LPS; 150 kGy 60Co-gamma irradiated) can produce only slight pulmonary infiltration. However, 100 micrograms RD-LPS--as pretreatment--can prevent the LPS-induced leukocytic infiltration of the lung.
摘要
5毫克细菌内毒素（脂多糖）可在大鼠中引发严重的白细胞性肺浸润。相同剂量的经辐射解毒的脂多糖（RD-LPS；150千戈瑞60钴-γ射线辐照）仅能产生轻微的肺浸润。然而，100微克RD-LPS作为预处理可预防脂多糖诱导的肺白细胞浸润。
