Distinct increase in lipid peroxidation was found in myocardium of rats, subjected to acute hemorrhage followed by clinical death. Inhibition of the enzymatic system, protecting cells from free radicals influence, as well as a decrease of the bioantioxidants content in myocardium correlated with activation of lipid peroxidation. Content of lipid hydroperoxides, trienic carbonyls and Schiff bases achieved especially high level under unfavourable conditions of the postresuscitation period.
在经历急性出血继而临床死亡的大鼠心肌中,发现脂质过氧化有明显增加。保护细胞免受自由基影响的酶系统受到抑制,以及心肌中生物抗氧化剂含量的降低,均与脂质过氧化的激活相关。在复苏后时期的不利条件下,脂质氢过氧化物、三烯羰基化合物和席夫碱的含量达到特别高的水平。
