In this work synthesis, characterization and crystal structures of 1, Zn(II) complex ([ZnL(NCS)]), with (E)-1-(2-oxo-2-(2-(quinolin-2-ylmethylene)hydrazinyl)ethyl)pyridin-1-ium chloride (HLCl) and 2, Bi(III) complex ([BiHLCl] × 1/2CHOH), with (E)-N,N,N-trimethyl-2-oxo-2-(2-(1-(thiazol-2-yl)ethylidene)hydrazinyl)ethan-1-aminium chloride (HLCl), have been reported. Zn(II) complex possesses a distorted trigonal bipyramidal geometry while surroundings around Bi(III) ion are extended pentagonal bipyramidal. Antimicrobial activity, brine shrimp assay and DPPH radical scavenging activity of both complexes, including previously synthesized complexes with HLCl ligand (Zn(II) and Ni(II)) and complexes with (E)-N,N,N-trimethyl-2-oxo-2-(2-(1-(pyridin-2-yl)ethylidene)hydrazinyl)ethan-1-aminium chloride (HLCl) (Zn(II), Cu(II), Cd(II), Co(II), Fe(III), Ni(II)), were evaluated. For the most active complexes, cytotoxic activity against five malignant cancer cell lines (HeLa, A375, MCF7, PC-3 and A549) and normal cell line HaCaT, as well as generation of reactive oxygen species (ROS), was tested.
在本研究中,已报道了1, Zn(II)配合物([ZnL(NCS)])与(E)-1-(2-氧代-2-(2-(喹啉-2-基亚甲基)肼基)乙基)吡啶-1-鎓氯化物(HLCl)以及2, Bi(III)配合物([BiHLCl] × 1/2CHOH)与(E)-N,N,N-三甲基-2-氧代-2-(2-(1-(噻唑-2-基)亚乙基)肼基)乙-1-铵氯化物(HLCl)的合成、表征及晶体结构。Zn(II)配合物具有扭曲的三角双锥几何构型,而Bi(III)离子周围的环境为扩展的五角双锥构型。评估了这两种配合物的抗菌活性、卤虫生物测定和DPPH自由基清除活性,包括先前合成的与HLCl配体的配合物(Zn(II)和Ni(II))以及与(E)-N,N,N-三甲基-2-氧代-2-(2-(1-(吡啶-2-基)亚乙基)肼基)乙-1-铵氯化物(HLCl)(Zn(II)、Cu(II)、Cd(II)、Co(II)、Fe(III)、Ni(II))的配合物。对于活性最高的配合物,测试了其对五种恶性癌细胞系(HeLa、A375、MCF7、PC-3和A549)和正常细胞系HaCaT的细胞毒性活性以及活性氧(ROS)的生成情况。
