Abstract

Vascular leakage is an important feature in several diseases, such as septic shock, viral hemorrhagic fever, cancer metastasis and ischemia-reperfusion injuries. Thus establishing assays for measuring endothelial permeability will provide insight into the establishment or progression of such diseases. Here, we provide transwell permeability assay and electrical impedance sensing assay for studying endothelial permeability . With these methods, the effect of a molecule on endothelial permeability could be defined.

摘要

血管渗漏是多种疾病的一个重要特征,如脓毒症休克、病毒性出血热、癌症转移和缺血再灌注损伤。因此,建立测量内皮细胞通透性的检测方法将有助于深入了解此类疾病的发生或发展。在此,我们提供用于研究内皮细胞通透性的Transwell通透性检测法和电阻抗传感检测法。通过这些方法,可以确定分子对内皮细胞通透性的影响。
