Abstract

A series of heteroleptic cyclometalated platinum(II) complexes, [Pt(C^N)(O^O)], (1-10) with various donors and acceptors has been synthesized and characterized by H NMR spectroscopy, elemental analyses, infrared spectroscopy and mass spectrometry. The X-ray structure of 2 has also been determined. The electrochemical and photophysical properties of the platinum(II) complexes were studied. These experimental results have been supported by computational studies. Furthermore, two of the complexes have been employed as the active material in the fabrication of resistive memory devices, exhibiting stable binary memory performance with low operating voltage, high ON/OFF ratio and long retention time.

一系列具有不同供体和受体的杂配环金属化铂(II)配合物[Pt(C^N)(O^O)](1-10)已被合成,并通过核磁共振氢谱、元素分析、红外光谱和质谱进行了表征。还测定了配合物2的X射线结构。研究了铂(II)配合物的电化学和光物理性质。这些实验结果得到了计算研究的支持。此外,其中两种配合物已被用作制造电阻式存储器件的活性材料,表现出稳定的二元存储性能,具有低工作电压、高开关比和长保持时间。
