A new acetophenone dimer, 5'-prenylacrovestone (), together with nineteen known compounds (-), were isolated from the stem bark of (L.) Miq. Their structures were identified by thorough analysis of spectroscopic (IR, 1D and 2D NMR) and mass spectrometric data. The isolated compounds were tested against the bacterial pathogens MRSA, , and . Compound demonstrated exceptionally potent antibacterial activity against each of the four strains (MIC values of 1 µg/mL).
从(L.)Miq.的茎皮中分离出一种新的苯乙酮二聚体5'-异戊烯基acrovestone()以及19种已知化合物(-)。通过对光谱(红外光谱、一维和二维核磁共振)和质谱数据的全面分析确定了它们的结构。对分离出的化合物针对细菌病原体耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌、、和进行了测试。化合物对这四种菌株均表现出极强的抗菌活性(最低抑菌浓度值为1μg/mL)。
