Abstract

A new species, , isolated from air in Mengla, Xishuangbanna, Yunnan Province, China, was characterized and described combining morphological characteristics and multigene phylogenetic analysis. Morphologically, it is characterized by oblong, sometimes slightly constricted, micro-guttulate conidia and simple obovoid to ellipsoidal appressoria. Phylogenetic analysis of the ITS, ACT, CHS, and GAPDH sequences showed that belongs to the complex. The pathogenicity of on fruits of several crop plants, including strawberry, orange, grape, tomato, and blueberry, was tested and confirmed by the re-isolation of .

从中国云南省西双版纳州勐腊县的空气中分离出一个新物种,通过形态特征和多基因系统发育分析对其进行了表征和描述。在形态上,它的特征是分生孢子呈长方形,有时略有收缩,有微小油滴,附着孢简单,倒卵形至椭圆形。对ITS、ACT、CHS和GAPDH序列的系统发育分析表明,该物种属于复合体。测试了该物种对几种作物果实(包括草莓、橙子、葡萄、番茄和蓝莓)的致病性,并通过再次分离该物种进行了确认。
