Six (16.7%) out of 36 acute hepatic failure patients were associated with aspergillus infection mainly in the lungs (4 pneumonia and 2 fungus balls), which might be the cause of death in 4 cases. Preventive and therapeutic approaches following the early diagnosis have not been performed in all the cases. Fungal infection in hepatic failure should be considered to a greater extent to achieve a higher survival rate in this disease.
36例急性肝衰竭患者中有6例（16.7%）合并曲霉菌感染，主要累及肺部（4例肺炎和2例肺曲菌球），这可能是4例患者的死亡原因。并非所有病例都采取了早期诊断后的预防和治疗措施。应更充分地考虑肝衰竭中的真菌感染，以提高该病的生存率。
