A novel and efficient rearrangement of -tosylhydrazones bearing allyl ethers into -olefin-substituted sulfonylhydrazones is proposed. The reaction involves breakage of the C-O bond and formation of the C-N bond. The reaction can be extended to a wide range of substrates, and the target products can be synthesized smoothly, regardless of the presence of electron-donating and electron-withdrawing groups. The proposed strategy is a new direction in the field of rearrangement reactions.
提出了一种新颖且高效的将带有烯丙基醚的对甲苯磺酰腙重排为烯烃取代的磺酰腙的方法。该反应涉及C-O键的断裂和C-N键的形成。该反应可扩展到多种底物,无论存在供电子基团还是吸电子基团,都能顺利合成目标产物。所提出的策略是重排反应领域的一个新方向。
