Abstract

The complete mitochondrial genome of the perlodid stonefly, Chen, 2019 was sequenced and analyzed. This double strand, circular molecule is 16,028 bp in length with an A + T content of 70.1%, and contains 13 PCGs, 22 tRNA genes, and two rRNA genes. A 1099-bp long control region was detected, with a high A + T content of 81.9%. Gene arrangement was conserved in the mitogenome of . Most PCGs use standard start codons and ended with complete stop codons. The phylogenetic analysis supported that was closely related with species of Banks, 1903.
