PURPOSE
To evaluate treatment options for candida keratitis and endopthalmitis after corneal transplantation.
METHODS
Case reports and literature review.
RESULTS
Two patients with keratitis due to / after corneal transplantation were successfully treated with a combination of topical voriconazole, intracameral voriconazole and amphotericin B, and systemic treatment with flucytosine.
CONCLUSIONS
Natamycine and voriconazole topically are preferred therapeutic options for the treatment of fungal keratitis. Systemic flucytosine is a useful alternative additive, particularly for countries where natamycine is not registered as a pharmaceutical agent.

方法
病例报告及文献综述。
结果
两名角膜移植术后发生角膜炎的患者通过局部使用伏立康唑、前房内注射伏立康唑和两性霉素B，以及全身性使用氟胞嘧啶成功治愈。
结论
那他霉素和伏立康唑局部应用是治疗真菌性角膜炎的首选治疗方案。全身性使用氟胞嘧啶是一种有效的替代添加药物，尤其适用于那他霉素未注册为药剂的国家。
