An 11-year-old female case of suprasellar tumour was reported. She presented consciousness disorder without precocious puberty. Microscopically, two cell pattern pinealoma and choriocarcinoma with no metastasis were revealed. By means of enzyme-labelled antibody technique, the authors proved HCG in syncytial cells of the tumour.
