Abstract

In recent years, the synthesis of axially chiral compounds has received considerable attention due to their extensive application as biologically active compounds in medicinal chemistry and as chiral ligands in asymmetric catalysis. Chiral phosphoric acids are recognized as efficient organocatalysts for a variety of enantioselective transformations. In this review, we summarize the recent development of chiral phosphoric acid-catalyzed synthesis of a wide range of axially chiral biaryls, heterobiaryls, vinylarenes, -arylamines, spiranes, and allenes with high efficiency and excellent stereoselectivity.

近年来,轴手性化合物的合成因其在药物化学中作为生物活性化合物以及在不对称催化中作为手性配体的广泛应用而受到了广泛关注。手性磷酸被认为是用于各种对映选择性转化的高效有机催化剂。在本综述中,我们总结了手性磷酸催化合成多种轴手性联芳基化合物、杂联芳基化合物、乙烯基芳烃、芳基胺、螺环化合物和丙二烯的最新进展,这些合成具有高效率和优异的立体选择性。
